We all have a physical body, and inside of it, a spiritual body.
If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.

When a person dies, the physical body disintegrates on earth, but the spiritual body continues to exist, in Paradise or Hell, and still conscious, in other words: thinking, feeling, wanting. The rich and Lazarus exemplify this issue (Luke 16:19-31).
A big problem for those who have not made the choice of holiness, and that is even worse, because there is no way to revert it, so while we have time:
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God (...)
